These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bm69 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any notified amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The bm69 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. bm69 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate any account found to belong to an underage user.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active bm69 account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. You are accountable for all activity that occurs through your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bm69 immediately at [email protected].
Bm69 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team.
User Responsibilities & Rules
As a bm69 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from bm69.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or compromise the operation and security of the platform.
- Cheating, manipulating, or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities in the bm69 system for personal gain.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use your account.
- Making false claims regarding winnings, bonuses, or chargebacks.
Bm69 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the account in question.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the bm69 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, and others. bm69 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies without an approved conversion.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal of winnings will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered with your bm69 account. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and may take between one to three business days. bm69 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding a specified limit.
Unauthorised Transactions
Bm69 reserves the right to cancel or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity. In such cases, the funds involved may be held pending an investigation. Affected users will be notified via their registered account email.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
The bm69 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bm69 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or service outages at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, bm69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from their use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Bm69 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or unlawful activity. Users may appeal an account closure decision by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the closure notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bm69 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the property of bm69 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from bm69.
